Have Time to Yourself.
Time to yourself is time you spend alone. You might spend it doing something for yourself , or working, or anything else. Time for yourself is time you spend doing something that benefits yourself and only yourself . Maybe you do it with other people. I do it with my friends or rather I spent sometime doing something which i really love like hanging out with my freinds.
Let your kids Enjoy Themselves
